Cozumel 2019

Richness of Life

This series came about in my outdoor studio in Cozumel, between November and February 2019. Almost all the paintings, plus some of last year, got into a Solo Show, sponsered by the Museum of Cozumel, in the Restaurant Le Chef, in Cozumel.

I call it Richness of Life. I want to express the all inclusiveness of Life of everything: the good, the ugly and the bad. Life itself does not judge what is good or bad, anything may happen in life. And so it is in Art. We don't really control what comes 'out', or 'through'. Sometimes we like it more, sometimes less, just like life.
